We at SES DESIGN make sure your order is securely packed to prevent risk of damage during shipment. All orders are sent by registered mail and include insurance. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. Once you receive your order, we advise you to check the content of the package. If you notice any damage, please contact the freight company. SES DESIGN is not responsible for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.
